I design things that use electricity, and write code to make magic happen. Third-year EE at Utah Valley University.
Selected work
Three projects that show the range: protoboard soldering, steel I cut and welded, math that made a hard cut exact, and a machine learning system trading live.

Built from propane tanks, with the firebox joint cut from a computed surface intersection. Built for $3,500, sold for $12,000.
A Transformer forecasting ~325 stocks every minute, a real-time C++ engine, and a Kalman-filter and QP portfolio layer, traded live.
About
I'm a third-year electrical engineering student at Utah Valley University. I got into this by taking apart everything that I could at eight and never quite putting it back together, and I still learn best by building stuff, testing it, and finding out where I was wrong.
Most of my work sits at the boundary between hardware and firmware: choosing components, laying out the board, bringing it up on the bench, then writing the code that makes it do something.
Outside coursework I run a small home lab (a headless Ubuntu server hosts this site through a Cloudflare tunnel), and try to stay on top of my homework even when I have cool ideas for projects that I want to be working on.

I'm looking for a summer 2027 internship in RF, hardware, embedded systems, or power electronics. If you have a board that needs bringing up or a problem that needs measuring, I'd like to hear about it.
